Brian joined KalVista in September of 2023. Brian has more than 20 years of legal and compliance experience. In his role as General Counsel, he is responsible for all legal and compliance functions. Prior to joining KalVista, Brian was the General Counsel of Clover Biopharmaceuticals. He began his pharmaceutical career at Pfizer, where he spent nearly a decade in various legal roles supporting the commercial business. After Pfizer, Brian was the head of commercial and regulatory law as well as the interim chief compliance officer at Alexion before becoming the General Counsel at AGTC Inc. Brian also spent five years as a healthcare associate at Moses and Singer LLP.
Brian received a BA in American Studies from Bard College and a JD from the Seton Hall School of Law.
